Karl R. LaPan - CEO, NIIC

Mr. LaPan received his undergraduate degree in 1986 from Franklin Pierce College in Rindge, New Hampshire, where he graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Management with High Honors, Summa Cum Laude. He was also Class Salutatorian. Upon completing his academic degree, he joined General Electric Company, and in 1988, graduated from its prestigious Financial Management Program. Subsequently, in 1993, Mr. LaPan received a M.S. degree in Organization/Human Resources Development from The American University in Washington, D.C. and is a member of the PI Alpha Alpha Honorary Society. Mr LaPan graduated from the Mahler Program for Executives in December 1998.
   

   
Remound W. Wright - Director, Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence (CEE)

Mr. Wright received his undergraduate degree in 1980 from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan, where he was graduated with a B.B.A. degree in Accountancy. He was a scholarship athlete and three-year letter award winner on Western's football team. Upon completing his academic degree, he joined Touche Ross & Company, CPA's in Detroit, Michigan and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (1981-1986). Mr. Wright had a series of audit positions of increasing responsibility in the automotive, health, retail and not-for-profit business segments. In 1998, Mr. Wright received a M.B.A. degree with emphasis in International Business & Finance from the A. J. Polumbo Graduate School of Business at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
   

   
Kay Schwob - Director, Enterprise Resource Center

Mrs. Kay Schwob returns to Huntington University as Director of the Enterprise Resource Center ( ERC ), recently opened in the fall of 2004.  Schwob previously served in the HU Advancement Office in the mid-1990s.  As Director of the ERC, Schwob places HU students into experiential learning opportunities, which include internships, job shadows, and practicum.  The experiences are designed to help students gain real world experience while still in school.  She is a member of the Huntington Rotary Club, Tri Kappa, and Junior Achievement. Schwob is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a B.A. in Fashion Merchandising and a minor in Business Administration.
